It exceeds all my expectations in beauty, feel, tone and playability! http I decided to do an updated version of YYZ for a couple reasons. The first is that my main YYZ video has a copyright claim on it by UMG and as a result it is blocked on all mobile devices and in several countries around the world. Apparently because I played along to the actual song I’m somehow infringing copyright. This is, of course, ridiculous. So this time I recorded just myself playing bass along to a drum track. I am no longer playing along to the actual song so hopefully it won’t violate copyright. The upside is that I think it sounds much better with just me and the drums! I also wanted to do a 4 string version to demonstrate that I can, in fact, play it on a 4 string. That seems to be the only criticism I get on a fairly regular basis– “Now try it on a 4 string” and “6 string bass is cheating”, etc. I can tell you from experience that it is much easier to play on a 4 string! I offer this updated 4 string version as proof. Thanks everybody for all the comments, subscribes, messages, friend requests and views– I’ve gotten 1.3 million total views of all my videos combined!
